Firefox extension web filter

I would like to see a browser-based (Firefox, Chrome) web filter using OpenDNS; because of my network provider, I'm no longer able to use the DNS-based solution. I like the explicit categories (instead of blocking multiple categories at once as do the few existing Firefox extensions), the ability to contribute easily and the simple effectiveness. I would hope that it would use my existing account settings.

  If you can't use DNS-based solutions because of your provider, a browser plug-in wouldn't help either with using OpenDNS, because this would have to use OpenDNS which it can't because of your provider.
