It's already possible to customize the messages that are presented if a domain is blocked because it belongs to a blocked category with a different customization for domains that are blocked individually. In addition I can customize the message for a domain that is blocked because it is identified as a phishing site.

Or do they want individual messages for each individual domain that is blocked? That could add up to a lot of customizations if they are providing one for every site that they are blocking.

This user was talking about a per-site customization, yes. He's aware that you can customize it based on the difference between category or explicitly on the blacklist, but he wanted a particular message for a particular site. For example, if he wanted to block reddit.com, he might have a block message for "No karma for you!" as opposed to his other blocks, which may simply be "[DOMAIN] denied."

Hi, I just acquired the Home VIP service, but I can't make the blocked page customization work. Is it because I have a Netgear router? What can I do? I don't want the stadard "This domain is blocked due to content filtering" message, with the DNS logo. My teenager will look for knowledge bases to find OpenDNS vulnerabilities (he's addicted to 4chan.org). Please help?

Did you enable LPC (Live Parental Controls) on your Netgear router?  You must disable this to use OpenDNS VIP.  Netgear LPC is not compatible with the other OpenDNS services!

After disabling LPC, here are the instructions for using OpenDNS Home and VIP with a Netgear router:
