Add IP from the origin
Show at stats the IP from the origin of each request and so allowing to block requests by IP of origin.

The originating IP address is always your public IP address, as registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ for your network.
So showing this IP address again and again for everything in your stats would not really be fascinating information, right? And also, your settings work already the way to block and allow based by this originating IP address, what else? OpenDNS doesn't have another way to associate your DNS queries with you.
So, I'm not really sure why and what you're looking for.

You're right, my idea wasn't properly described. What I meant was for a depiction of the originating IP inside the network, so I could figure out which device as made each request. Perhaps even including its own MAC address. Not entirely sure this is possible but just a suggestion.

"a depiction of the originating IP inside the network... Not entirely sure this is possible"
No, it is technically not possible to carry a private IP address over the public internet. This is not supported with any internet protocol - intentionally and fortunately, especially not the DNS protocol. Fortunately, else your network would be a paradise for hackers being able to look into your network infrastructure, wouldn't it?
Whatever, this feature is possible and even available already - with the Active Directory Integration of some OpenDNS Enterprise solutions. But this can only be achieved with additional software on the client side which transports such additional information to OpenDNS. And therefore you also get this information in the related stats and reports of these services, of course.
If you expect OpenDNS to include this feature in the free version, I would rather think they don't give paid features away for free...
This would render their paid products redundant.
