Vote to Remove Tags

Current over application of tags is reducing the effectiveness of OpenDNS.  Certain tags are being overused and subject to abuse.  If users can vote on the addition of tags, then the suggestion and voting on the removal needs to be a feature as well, particularly as tastes and websites change.  The flag for review process is not transparent and timely enough to be effective.
