Prevent Adult Themes on domain with nudity or pornography approved

Would it be possible to block the ability to add the Adult Themes tag to a domain that already has an approved nudity or pornography approved? There may be other cases where this would also apply.

  If you stumble over such cases, simply open a support ticket, so that staff can correct the category assignments.

  If the website itself prevented this from happening, then there wouldn't any need to be any human intervention and make less work for the moderators.

  Sure, but as you say "There may be other cases where this would also apply", and with upcoming new categories these relationships and overlappings between categories don't become easier.  Same as domain tagging which is a pure manual process, also its corrections make sense to be manual.
