Obsolete URLs

Is it possible to go through the submitted URLs and remove those that are no longer active? This would cut down on the outstanding number of sites to vote on considerably.

  In case you mean "domains" by "URLs", these aspects were already mentioned at https://support.opendns.com/entries/21681099 and other threads.
