Bypass ISP transparent DNS proxy
Block my ISP from logging my DNS acclivities.

Technically OpenDNS has no way of blocking, redirecting or doing anything else with your internet connection. You must send your DNS queries to OpenDNS to use it.
If your ISP redirects your DNS queries to their own or another DNS service, your have the following options:
- Call your ISP to opt out from this DNS redirection.
- Move to another ISP.
- Try to circumvent the DNS redirection with something like DNSCrypt - http://dnscrypt.org/
Regarding "logging": your ISP can log all your traffic, not just the DNS related, because your traffic goes through their network and servers. There's technically nothing which could prevent your ISP from logging.
