Make a category for tabloid news, celebrity, sites
I like reading news and sports sites, but the bottom of those sites always have inappropriate advertisements, like wardrobe malfunctions, embarrassing prom photos, hottest wifes, longest nude scenes in movies, etc.
I tried to block the most common ones using blacklisting, but I quickly hit the 25 limit. These sites definitely fit a category. Many of their names have "viral", "buzz", "break", "daily", etc. It would be great to protect my family from these when visiting sites that have good content.
I suggested a category like "Celebrity/Tabloid". I got a response back saying I need to build support for the idea in the community to attract the managers' attention. Anyone else like this idea?

No, please not again another category. There are so many, and what you describe is already well covered by other categories.

I have asked for a new category using the page you suggested, and the email response suggested that I put this idea here to look for more support.
The websites are not exclusively Porn, or Adult Themes, etc, so it is difficult to get a site classified as such. But these sites are clearly similar in this way. You can see a lot of overlap in content and terminology.
One of the benefits of having more categories is the improved ability to block/allow the sites we want. I don't see the harm.
