New category "General Sexual Content/Information/Themes"
There is currently no category that deals with general sexual themes/content/information. Categories "Sexuality" only deals with extreme sexual practices and "Heath & Fitness" only deals with health issues, and obviously nudity and pornography. So, currently there's no way to block general sexual content that does not fit within health, extreme sexual practice, nudity or pornography. e.g. I researched Planned Parenthood after reading a news article and was surprised at the graphic sexual information the site contains. I was also surprised the only way to block it was to block "Health & Fitness" or "Non-Profit" or to specifically block the URL. The nature of the content is certainly sexual and inappropriate for children and and is not able to be blocked by any obvious means. This is a significant category which is currently not covered by DNS.

This is already covered by the Adult Themes "Sites that are adult in nature and are not defined in other rating categories. Note: This category should only be turned on if you want to be very restrictive on your network." In other words it is a general category that nothing more specific such as Pornography or Nudity does not address.
As for Planned Parenthood, if you think that domain (or any other domain) is miscategorized you can always flag it for review or suggest new categorization at https://community.opendns.com/domaintagging. I have no idea what graphic sexual information on the planned parenthood site you are objecting to, but you might need to provide links in a support ticket to draw attention to it. However, if it's only a handful of pages out of the entire site it probably will not be recategorized as a domain tag is meant to cover the primary or majority content of an entire domain, but something that is fairly small in comparison to all the rest.
The obvious means to block this domain if you don't want it to be accessible on your network is to block plannedparenthood.org That's why the blacklists are there, to block individual domains that you don't want to appear, but you don't want to block an entire category that they belong to.
