Remove very old entries from undecided domains

If domain was submitted 5 or more years ago and never voted there is a little chance it will be working now. We should have some limit after which domain is automatically removed. It can be very mild e.g. 8 years. I don't have statistics for domain database but IMHO many undecided domains could be automatically resolved this way. 7M sites its quite a lot to browse :)
