Advanced filtering for undecided domains

I propose to add more filtering options rather that same category.
We could have filters for:
1) top sites
2) users
3) categories
4) date

Ad. 1. Most new proposals for top sites are wrong. Filter could be "Show only top sites/Hide top sites"
Ad. 2. Some users start to submit a tons of domains, maybe just to improve their ratings. In result, their proposals can be very inaccurate and others may want to exclude them from the list. Filter could be: "show/hide entries from user"
Ad. 3. Assume site is categorized as pornography but someone votes to add nudity or adult themes category as well. Although its not wrong and community member has right to do so it generates a lot of vote requests that will not improve content filtering quality. Filter could be: "show domains that are/not in category"
Ad. 4. There are many old proposals. For some website doesn't exist any more. On the contrary new sites could be checked faster if they could be filtered out easily. Actually simple sorting will suffice: "Order by date ascending/descending"

Probably more filters could be added but these few should help to speed up voting process. Personally I would especially like filter no. 3
