    1. What you're requesting is already there.  This is Umbrella Professional.  This comes with network coverage.  If you need it, get it!  Don't dream about that they ever give it away for free or less.  They are a commercial company under Cisco and need to earn money.

    2. This is Umbrella Prosumer.  It is for up to 5 users, each with up to three devices.  No need to request it.  If you need more, take Umbrella Professional.  Prosumer costs $20/user/year, Professional costs $38/user/year at this time with 10 to 90 users.

    3. Android is a highly vulnerable OS.  Using the OpenDNS agent on it doesn't add significant security therefore.  By now OpenDNS have denied to add support for Android.  Companies and security nerds use iOS, Windows and OS X devices which are supported.
    4. Well, marketing is a different area.  We have to leave it with OpenDNS how they want to promote and advertise their services.  They have dedicated packages for bigger corporations too, Insights and Platform.

@rotblitz What is considered a user for Umbrella Prosumer?  I have one account...and was able to add 3 mobile and 3 PCs so far.  Are you saying I can 1 account x 5 users x 5 devices (25 devices)?   If not, how do I add a "user" to my account?  thanks.

Crazy Question -  I don't know if I paid for OpenDNS VIP or Prosumer. How do I find this information? I believe I signed up for Prosumer but can't find any information on how to 'install' it. Thank you

If your account settings don't say what kind of account you are paying for contact sales or support, give them the email address the account would have been registered with, and wait for the response. Then once you know you can look directions on how to configure and use whichever service you have.

A general indication: if your dashboard network is at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ then it is VIP.  If your dashboard is at https://dashboard.umbrella.com/ then it is Prosumer.  It could be both too.

A user is a human being.  What else?  As far as I remember, every user is allowed to use up to a certain number of devices.  You have ordered the number of users when you subscribed to the service.  If you want to have it changed, you most likey must contact OpenDNS support, i.e. raise a support ticket.
