Integrate SAML for user access: force user to authenticate prior to having full internet access.

  Although SAML could potentially be used for signing in to the OpenDNS account, OpenDNS does not control the internet connection or internet access at the user level. It is essentially a recursive DNS service with additional features, and just like every recursive DNS service is only referenced if something is not in a local cache, such as the local DNS cache on your PC or router. If it's in the cache no traffic is sent to OpenDNS as it isn't necessary.

  To control internet access at the user level you generally need to do this at the router/firewall level, either one that is aware of user accounts in some manner, or that users some sort of user agent to handle user accounts and access. There are several well established ways to do it, but I'm not sure if any routers use SAML to do so, especially since there are already well established methods to do this.
