Seeing when blocked domains were requested

I am trying to see when blocked domains were requested. I currently have a he said/she said situation as to who was trying to get sites they were not supposed to. I can see the chart for all requests and I can see the report for all blocked domain requests but I need to see WHEN the request was made for the blocked site. That will tell me who would have done what they shouldn't have.
