Copy & paste the complete output of the following commands when using OpenDNS:

    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
    tracert 208.67.222.222
    tracert 208.67.220.220

I'm sorry, this is way over my head and am new to this site. I have those numbers correct, but I do not understand what "nslookup -type=txt"?

    Start > Run > cmd

This opens a command prompt window.  Then enter (or copy & paste) the above commands into that command prompt window.

Then copy & paste the complete output from the command prompt window to here to post it.

This should look similar to the following (well, I have a German Windows):

    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.

    Server: resolver2.opendns.com

    Address: 208.67.220.220

Still over your head?  Then leave the fingers from anything computer and network related.  It is just too dangerous for you then.

Okay, I do know how to use "cmd prompt". Thanks, and here are my results, but I think I have the issue resolved now. I disabled the "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" So far so good

Excellent.  Yes, this can often help.
