Why did it gather stats for three days and quit?

I started the service on my IP last Sunday.  It gathered stats for three days after that and then quit.  It still blocks.  I tested that, but why no stats?

I checked to be sure I had stats enabled, and I do.  I have a static IP address and I have my settings set for that.  How do I get stats to work again?

  You should open a support ticket, now called request. This is apparently account specific and can be investigated by staff only.
