Okay, I figured the data thing out. I see the domains, however it just shows google was used, is there a way to view the searches made in google search mode?

No, you can't do this with OpenDNS, because you don't send this information to OpenDNS. OpenDNS as a DNS service sees only domain names from you, not URLs or anything else.

You had to do this tracking locally or with another (not DNS based) service..

What you would see with OpenDNS stats are lookups for the search engine domain names.

    Hi there,

As Rotblitz stated, this isn't possible with our service. We don't store the URLs requested, just the domain, so a Google Search result that looks like "https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=cats" (a search for "Cats") won't yield the full URL in your stats, just the domain requested: www.google.com. You'll want to use another service to track this.

There are too many options to name, especially without knowing budget or experience level, plus this is a support forum for OpenDNS, not a general computer support forum. The simplest thing I can say is that most routers, even cheap consumer grade routers have some sort of logging function that can record traffic, or at least connections that are made to servers.

OpenDNS does not see full URLs, only DNS requests which is the information before the / such as domain.com.
