Why is Yahoo being blocked?

Refer to the network admin at the hotel. They do maintain their network. OpenDNS doesn't.

If they can't help you, try with configuring another non-OpenDNS DNS service on your computer.

I have intermittent luck logging into my Yahoo Mail. Most times now, it's blocked. Why? It is on my Whitelist and anyway, should not be blocked according to my Parental Control levels.

How exactly does it look like "Most times now, it's blocked"?  Do you see an OpenDNS block page as shown above or what?  It may not be blocked by your OpenDNS settings, but by something else...

Whatever, worth to check the domains being blocked by your settings: https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains

My Yahoo mail client address is still being denied. I have done the following:  turned off all parental controls on Netgear Genie and removed the software from all devices, submitted tickets (yes, more than one - OpenDNS Support has not responded in two business days) to cancel my OpenDNS account, have gone to the Dashboard and deleted my Personal Network, have reset my router to factory setting and re-configured my wireless network settings at home, have restarted my computer... Please see attachment. Still cannot access Yahoo mail. The problem began when I created this account and I'm pretty certain that's where the issue stems from. (Losing my ability to work from home and my patience). Thank you

Ok, fine, all clear now.  I must say that really everything you did was wrong and useless, with one exception: "have gone to the Dashboard and deleted my Personal Network".  Reason: You cannot use Netgear LPC and the normal OpenDNS dashboard in parallel.  Your LPC dashboard is solely at https://netgear.opendns.com/
You should have deleted this Personal Network a long time before, or better not added a Personal Network at all!

I'm also revoking my suggestion to check for domains being blocked.  Netgear LPC does not come with stats and logs!

Now back to your screen shot:  This is Yahoo refusing the connection from you, not OpenDNS, not Netgear LPC or anything else.  Only Yahoo support may be able to help here.  You'll never get help with this from OpenDNS or Netgear or here in the forum unless someone seeing this here made the same experience by chance as well.
