You're apparently using a VPN connection? Names like mwserver seem to indicate this. You must add all private network names as VPN exception then. In case you have DNS suffixes defined for your network, you must include them too, e.g. mwserver.local. If you don't know what names this could be, simply check your domain stats to find them all.

    "I cleared my history"

No need to clear the history ever, just the caches, both browser and local resolver cache.

    Hello,

Rotbliz is correct. You can add these local office domains to your VPN Exceptions list in your dashboard (http://dashboard.opendns.com/settings) under Advanced Settings. If you continue to experience issues, please open a support ticket and a customer service representative will be in contact with you.

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we'll be more than happy to help you.

    Best regards,

It seems that I can't find the "VPN Exception" list since the redesign of the dashboard. Any help finding it?

    Redesign?  My dashboard wasn't redesigned.

    https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
Click the IP address of your network
Advanced Settings (menu on the left)
    Domain Typos
    Exceptions for VPN users
