can I customise the screen that says a site is blocked

I don't want my children to see lurid descriptions of what is being blocked - can I customise the screen?

  Lurid? I don't find the descriptions lurid. Just facts...

  And no, not in the way you want it with the home versions of OpenDNS. You would need an enterprise version.

  With the home versions you have just minor customization options which you may have seen.

  We do offer basic customization.  This allows you to put a personalized message on the screen.  However much of the screen is fixed.

  1. Go to the Settings tab
  2. Select the network by either clicking it's IP address or selecting it from the Drop down box
  3. Click the "Customization" option on the left
  4. Under the "Block Page Messaging" you'll be able to enter your custom message
  5. Click "Preview" to see how it will look or scroll to the bottom and click "Apply" to save your message

  Also, since it doesn't look like you actually have a Netgear device associated with your account and are just asking about your network, I'm going to move this to the Community Help forum.

  Further to rotblitz's comment, the only way a person would see a lurid description of a blocked site is if they were attempting to access a blocked site.
