Good question rotblitz, but I do have the content filtering turned off.  And yes, only the OpenDNS addresses are configured.

I found this discussion most helpful! Although I had followed the instructions on the IPv6 Sandbox page, the OpenDNS Updater still told me I wasn't using OpenDNS. At first, and for a few days, adding the OpenDNS IPv4 DNS address to the third DNS box provided by my router (Linksys EA4500) solved the problem. (I had previously only used the first two boxes as there are only two OpenDNS addresses provided.) But a few days later, OpenDNS Updater told me I was not using OpenDNS again.   For now, I've disabled IPv6 on my router; OpenDNS Updater seems to be happy.

"there are only two OpenDNS addresses provided."

Nope, I know about four, at least:

    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220
    208.67.222.220
    208.67.220.222

And there are the FamilyShield addresses:

    208.67.222.123
    208.67.220.123
