    You can cancel the service yourself, or open a support ticket and we can assist you in doing so.  To cancel the service yourself, follow these steps:

    1. Login to the OpenDNS Dashboard
    2. On the Home tab, click the "Manage this organization" link under your paid subscription's name (it should in the section be right under "Personal Networks.")

    3. Click the "Plan Info" link

    4. Scroll to the bottom of the Plan Info page and look for the "Cancel Your Subscription" section, click the link to cancel your service.

    1. I have just made cancel subscription but why my account turn to basic?

    2. How to enter my change ip. It tells the ip already exist.

    What else did you expect?

    "How to enter my change ip. It tells the ip already exist."

    Then your network still exists, and you can update it manually at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ or automatically by running an Updater.

    @saniconorman If you don't see step #3, it's unlikely you have a paid subscription. If you think you do all the same, please open up a ticket with OpenDNS support so that we can investigate and resolve the error.

    I don't see any of those in my dashboard but I have a paid subscription.

    @grimshawny You have our new Dashboard, which doesn't have a way to cancel a subscription within it. You'll need to contact OpenDNS support through a ticket to have your subscription canceled.
