OpenDNS is for networks you own, not for your devices in other networks.

That said, as long as you connect your iPhone to networks you own (e.g. your WLAN), there's no problem to use OpenDNS.

If you configured OpenDNS on your router, there's no need to do something on the iPhone.

Ah yes, I should have mentioned that there's a paid version especially for your needs: Umbrella Mobility

rotblitz: Actually this is NOT true. I spoke with one of your customer service reps day before yesterday about this. We use an Apple Airport Express at our home and have iPhone 5's, a Windows laptop, and a giant iMac. I configured the Airport Express through the iMac and it DID not configure it on our iPhones. I repeat it DID not configure on our iPhones. It immediately began filtering on our laptop and iMac, but not on our iPhones. I had to go into each iPhone's WiFi settings and change the DNS numbers manually for each phone. If you would update your customer service FAQ's and How To's appropriately that would be great. Thanks and have a great day!

I should mention that I'm not staff, but a user like you...

That said, I believe your iPhones were not configured correctly before, i.e. to use your AE as DNS server, or they did not use your WLAN connection.  Also, I will not and cannot update any service FAQs.

I use DNSCrypt to unblock websites and it worked perfectly. It's still working on my computer, but not anymore on my iPhone that accesses internet via wi-fi. It worked before, but suddenly blocked again. What should I do?

Install the dnscrypt-proxy on the jailbroken iOS device again.

Then it seems you didn't install something on the iPhone befure.  It may be that you controlled the iPhone by having OpenDNS configured on the router.

If you want to install DNSCrypt on the iPhone: http://dnscrypt.org/

Whoa, that's too difficult for me to do. But thanks, Rotblitz.

One more, Rotblitz, installing DNSCrypt on iPhone or OpenDNS on router, is the effect will be the same? I mean, is there pros and cons in on both sides?

"Whoa, that's too difficult for me to do."

Then you assumption that you used DNSCrypt on the iPhone was definitely wrong.

"installing DNSCrypt on iPhone or OpenDNS on router, is the effect will be the same?"

Not sure what "effect" you want to achieve.  Unless you install DNSCrypt on the router, configuring OpenDNS resolver addresses on the router causes unencrypted DNS traffic to OpenDNS, something which is not really visible, so the effect regarding content filtering etc would be the same, on all devices connected to this router.
