Dashboard has wrong IP Address
I have DNS updater running and performed many manual updates. I verified that the address it has matches my routers IP address. Despite this the address shown on my Dashboard does not match.
I looked around the Dashboard several times and finally noticed an "Update Address" icon in the Dashboard> Settings tab..( an icon with circular arrows). When I hover over the icon is says "Update IP Address?" Clicking the icon corrects the address and web filtering now works
Apparently OpenDNS Updater (v2.2.1) was not working, or properly communicating with my OpenDNS account even though it appears to.
Any ideas?

I think I found my problem. I had "Updater" configured for DNS-O-matic
