Is OpenDNS still in business?

    I got the impression they are still in business. Did you open a support ticket, or what form are you talking about? You should normally receive an automatic e-mail within minutes and with a reference number. If not, check your spam folders, also via webmail interface.

    THere's an enquiry form on the website (3 times) and a sales chat window that is never staffed.   Thanks for the 101 suggestion of spam folders - sheesh.  I'd be open to anyone else suggesting alternate providers as I really don't feel comfortable using this company right now

    The reason the spam folder check is suggested is because there are automatically generated responses. If you didn't get one, chances are they didn't get your mail, or the autoresponse is potentially hiding somewhere on your end or filtered by your ESP. We always make this 101 suggestion because it happens frequently on the consumer end.

    I can't speak to the chat app at all, I've never even seen this.
