What OpenDNS service are you using? Enterprise? Umbrella? Where do you have the OpenDNS resolver addresses configured?
Also, copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following commands:
nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. -
i am using free DNS For Home as using for office
Non-authoritative answer: which.opendns.com text = "I am not an OpenDNS resolver." opendns.com nameserver = auth3.opendns.com opendns.com nameserver = auth1.opendns.com opendns.com nameserver = auth2.opendns.com auth1.opendns.com internet address = 208.69.39.2 auth2.opendns.com internet address = 67.215.92.66auth3.opendns.com internet address = 208.69.39.2

"i am using free DNS For Home as using for office"
Content filtering is free for home use only, but no worries...
"I am not an OpenDNS resolver."
Given that this is the output of "nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220", you cannot use OpenDNS or any other 3rd party DNS service anyway. Something, most likely your ISP, interferes with and redirects your DNS lookups to another DNS service.

i made it clear, but one thing, i cant understand how can be the administrator of all systems ?
how can i stop all other computer (connected to Network) to access facebook.
its like do i have to install theses settings to other computers too ? but what if they change window. ruined everything,
still i cant access facebook, but other peoples are doing.. wow what wrong ???

You cannot do that unless you are the administrator of all the systems, and others are not. You had to configure this on a router, instead - one which has a firewall which you can use to block DNS queries to IP addresses other than OpenDNS servers.
Of course configuring DNS addresses on your computer affects no others.

Someone in your company should be the Administrator, This person is usually in the IT department, or someone designated by the owner to act as the IT Administrator. If this is your company, you are probably that person.
You need to restrict all users from having the ADMINISTRATOR privilege on their devices; otherwise they can and will undo every change you wish to make.
If you are not the Network Administrator, you need to find out who is that person. If you are, you need to take charge of the Network. Further discussion of how to be a Network Admin is pretty much outside the scope of this forum.
Good luck.
