    You should address this with Sales at the time of purchase, or Support afterward. The Forum can do you little good. So I suggest opening a ticket. Or, open a ticket to cancel when your year is coming up. (Or whenever.)

    You do realize that you posted to a thread that's a year and a half old with a question different from the original post, don't you?

    Look on your dashboard and account pages for the renewal date. If you can't find it there try contacting sales. You could probably also open a support ticket.
