    Sure, you can add the domain name to your "never block" list, or you can stop blocking phishing sites at all, under Security settings, the latter not recommended.  As usual after each settings change, flush your local resolver cache and your browser cache.

    Where do I find the never block list? I couldn't find it before I posted this. :-/

    Visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ - click the IP address of your network, then left side menu "Content Filtering".

    If there is no such menu item, then you got Premium DNS which comes without content filtering, not OpenDNS Home Basic.  You'll have to open a support ticket to get it changed.  In this case your only choice is to disable blocking of Phishing sites for the time being.
