web log
Does OpenDNS allow me to view a web log of times and sites visited by individual devices on my network? Or would this happen on the router level? Is there a router that does this? Thanks very much.

There's no "web log" at all, but a DNS log. OpenDNS is a DNS service, as it's name says, so it can capture your DNS traffic only, not your web traffic.
Neither is the information about your network internals part of any DNS protocol - fortunately. Or would you like external services being able to see your LAN internals? That would be a paradise for hackers and other attackers...
