disney.nl videos blocked

Hi,

My daughter want to look at some videos at www.disney.nl/violetta but they are blocked by OpenDNS. 
In the settings I added Never Block disney.nl, but they are still blocked. Is there a ( fast) way to find out why the videos are blocked?

    First of all, OpenDNS doesn't block any content.  This is your settings at OpenDNS, so you.  So, do you have the Television category blocked?
    http://domain.opendns.com/disney.nl
    You may consider to unblock this.

    Also, did you flush both, your local resolver cache and your browser cache after the settings change? This is mandatory for changes to take effect immediately.

    Many such top sites host content on multiple domains, so whitelisting the main domain name is almost not sufficient. You can check your domain stats for related blocked domains, and you can use a DNS query sniffer like http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/dns_query_sniffer.html to see what domains are looked up.

    Well, when I am right I tell Open DNS what to block for me, so OpenDNS is the one who is blocking ;-)
    I did not block the category Television.

    I already did flush both, but this didn't solve the problem, but...

    I used the sniffer you told me. With this I found that adtech.de was blocked. This was blocked with the Adware category.
