Can you help me unblock facebook.com and youtube.com?

I don't know much on technology but I started using openDNS when one of my customers in our internet cafe opened porn sites. It's the fastest and easiest way to block it. It has been activated for months already but just this day, facebook.com and youtube.com can't be used anymore. It says 

"Sorry, but www.facebook.com is blocked on this network.

This site was categorized in: Social Networking

Contact your network administrator"

 

Can you please help me unblock it with simplified instructions?

  Make sure to check the other thread where you added a post.  OpenDNS wants you to open a ticket.
