Did you flush caches after your second filter modification? Also, it may be that related domains were classified as Pornography as well, or something else you have blocked. (e.g., kastatic.com)

Probably tagged as Porn if a lot of porn torrents were found in this search engine/torrent file host. You may flag it for review or open a ticket if you find the classification too inaccurate.

Yes, I have flushed a second time. But, anyway, even if it's also picking it up as "porn".. shouldn't it work since I added the site to the never block (white list)?

    http://domain.opendns.com/kickass.to

"shouldn't it work since I added the site to the never block (white list)?"

What exactly did you whitelist? It should be kickass.to, not www.kickass.to.  Always use the broadest level, not the www subdomain unless you have a good reason to do so.  Also, flush both, your local resolver cache and your browser cache, after each OpenDNS settings change.

Yes.. that's how I added it to the list.. as kickass.to and I also flushed the local and the browser cache. Still nothing. it's strange because it was working fine before and I haven't made any changes to my settings for a very long time.

Ok, then post the complete plain text output of the following commands here (trailing dots are part of the commands!):

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

    nslookup www.kickass.to.

    nslookup kickass.to.

" I haven't made any changes to my settings for a very long time."

Yes, this can be the problem, not to make necessary changes.  This argument is almost bad therefore...

Who's arguing?.. that last statement was unecessary. Why is it that most of the time you sound so arrogant towards user that have problems. Even if they problems are caused by the users themselves, you need to be patient if you're going to "try to help" others. I was surprised you sounded like a normal human being on your first post and thought, "hmm, maybe he's changed"...but,  I guess it didn't take you long. Do me a favor, don't "help" me and I will wait for another person.

You know what, they can close this tread as I am not going to bother with it. It's not that important any way. So, anyone who read this save your time as I am unsubscribing from it...thanks.

I don't like your uppity instructive attitude either.

"Who's arguing?.. that last statement was unecessary."

Yes, you say it.  This can be returned to you.  It seems you're a chronic troublemaker.

"Who's arguing"  You do realize that an argument is not necessarily a dispute at all, but  the putting forth of an idea, a proposal, etc. Rotblitz didn't say you were starting an argument in the disputative sense,  but that "I didn't change anything" isn't much of a point to bring up in this case, as it is not only vague, but tells us nothing of troubleshooting value for us to help you.

You may or may not use the term 'argument' in such a way (or even such that program starting commands use arguments (parameters)), but other people do. I find most often that people think rotblitz (and other folks on the internet)  are perceived in certain ways because others do not realize that not everyone else who may be speaking their language does so natively. Even though he writes English quite well, you can see his form is not quite usual for most English-speaking regions and dialects.

In any case, I assume the thread is in fact closed, since the actual information requested was not provided and you indicated your desire that the thread be ended. If you are unsatisfied with the user forum, please do open a support ticket . I suggest the command output previously requested be included in the ticket submission.
