Site on my whitelist isn't blocked but doesn't work. Formatting is all screwed up.

Youtube is on my whitelist, but when we go to the site, the formatting is all screwed up and we can't watch videos.

 

Any ideas?

  OpenDNS as DNS service cannot block or allow "sites", but domain names. YouTube content is hosted on dozens of domain names, and you may have blocked some or many of them for whatever reason.

  Use something like http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/dns_query_sniffer.html  and your OpenDNS stats to find out the impacted domain names.

  One domain particularly important would be ytimg.com. There may be other you need to find as rotblitz notes.
