getting scam on landing page

Whenever I get to website-unavalilable landing page from my mobile phone, it opens a dialog asking me to install some app. After clicking "ok" it automatically opens play store with that app. There are several different apps it tries to fool me to install.

  Better open a support ticket for this problem.  I do not think there should be pop-ups at all.
