Post a screen shot of the router's page where you have the OpenDNS resolver addresses configured.

Also, post the complete plain text output of "ipconfig /all" from a computer connected to this router.

    "DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 24.92.226.11

Yeah, this is a show-stopper.  These are not OpenDNS addresses, but RoadRunner resolver addresses...

Configuring the OpenDNS server addresses on the router's WAN side alone doesn't seem to work, so configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses also on the DHCP side of your router, Static DNS 1 - 3.  If this is not available, upgrade to firmware version 1.3 or 1.5, or flash the router with alternative firmware like DD-WRT.

Use three of the following four addresses: 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220, 208.67.222.220, 208.67.220.222.

Odd, I went to check back on it again today and it's working fine.  I think the problem was that I set it at HIGH Filtering expecting pretty much all sites to be blocked but was testing w/ www.Yahoo.com which was getting through.  Unfortunately I had to pretty much check ALL checkboxes below and only allow 2 domains.  I don't see a way to do a true WhiteList where you just say black everything except those 2 sites.  So did it the way I mentioned above.  Is there another way ?

Also is there a way to schedule a time to turn off OpenDNS and then turn it back on ?  For example if I have a client meeting at a certain time i want to schedule OPENDNS to be off and then turn back on when i'm done.  Would be really nice if that's the case.

    Hi abunageeb,

We offer the Home Basic VIP that has the Whitelist-Only mode. This will block all domain names, except what was approved in your whitelist. This also increases your whitelist count to 50 domains.

Just to double-check your connection, please go to http://welcome.opendns.com and let us know if you are receiving the welcome message. Because as @rotblitz pointed out, the two Roadrunner IP's are configured in your DNS settings, which will stop you from using OpenDNS.

    Best regards,

Thanks Anthony.  I actually have more then one Network I need to set up so I plan on updating to the Umbrella version since that's the only one that has multiple Network capability.  I'm assuming it has the Whitlelist only feature as well?
