proxy web browsers still working
I have the Proxy/Anonymizer category clicked have sense i started using openDNS, and yet there are still web browsers that can get around the filter is there anything else i can do? We have an Ipad and there are web browser apps that can be downloaded that I assume are using a proxy server to get around the filter but i thought that with that category clicked it would prevent that. is there anything else i might be able to try? or that I'm missing?

You'll have to submit the domain names where theses apps can be downloaded from to the domain tagging system as "Proxy/Anonymizer", so that they cannot be downloaded anymore. Pretty clear that OpenDNS can work only if the iPad is connected to your networks, not when connected to other networks.

easy proxy is chrome web extension if you install it. you can bypass all the web filtering in OpenDNS. even we check the proxy anonymize

To restate what rotblitz is saying, since you are using a browser extension that specifically bypasses the DNS settings OpenDNS cannot do anything to prevent it running.
If this were a website instead of an extension you could prevent it from being used, and if you were using more "traditional" VPN software you might be able to still use OpenDNS by configuring the connection to use OpenDNS, but that's a separate configuration aside from how the rest of the your computer is managed, and depending on your service provider it might not even work.
