Should the IP address that defines my network in Open DNS be the WAN IP as set out in my Modem-Router set up or the IP address in LAN settings?

(At the moment OpenDNS is not blocking websites as it should)

  Clearly, your dashboard network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ should be associated  with your WAN IP address.  An external service like OpenDNS never sees your LAN IP addresses.
