Is it possible to set up OpenDNS for a specific device in my network?

You'll want to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses only on this one device, not on any others and not on the router.

Atlernatively, if you want this "based on their internal (to my network) IP addresses", or better based on their user ID:

Hmm, not really sure either of these are what I was hoping you were going to say, but thanks anyway.

May need to buy a different router.

    Cheers

"what I was hoping you were going to say"

What was it what you were hoping I would be going to say?  In case it was because of the differentiation by internal IP addresses:

Internal (private) IP addresses are of no relevance for the internet and are not part of any message across the internet, including DNS - fortunately.  Else your LAN would become a paradise for hackers.  That said, you do not send this information to OpenDNS as part of your DNS queries, so OpenDNS cannot use this information for anything.

Only special DNS protocols like the one with a Netgear router and LPC allow for such a differentiation.  Else you are limited to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses only on certain devices where OpenDNS should take effect.
