As you can see from the KB article you linked to, Yahoo cache is hosted under an IP address, not under a DNS name.  Therefore it is most likely not possible to block the Yahoo cache with DNS methods.  IP addresses do not require a DNS lookup, therefore this does not go to OpenDNS.  You'll have to use a different method, e.g. IP address blocking with your router or your computer or with a proxy server.

Thank you, adding it to my router is what I did. I added to the idea bank requesting that these features be added (https://support.opendns.com/entries/25479815-Family-Shield-product-that-blocks-search-thumbnails-and-caches-).

The sub-domains that I have been able to research from OpenDNS forums and black-list are:

    cc.bingj.com, ssl.bing.com, ts1.explicit.bing.net, ts1.mm.bing.net, ts2.explicit.bing.net, ts2.mm.bing.net, ts3.explicit.bing.net, ts3.mm.bing.net, ts4.explicit.bing.net, ts4.mm.bing.net, ssl.bing.com,

    encrypted-tbn.google.com, encrypted-tbn.l.google.com, encrypted-tbn0.google.com, encrypted-tbn1.google.com, encrypted-tbn2google.com, encrypted-tbn3.google.com, encrypted.google.com, tbn.l.google.com, webcache.googleusercontent.com

Many of those domains do not host cache content only, but other content vital for normal pages to function.  Therefore blocking those will break more than that it helps.

I don't claim authoritative knowledge on this list, but I use it and for the most part I have gotten the results I desired and still do text and visual searches.
