We received word that emails to our various support addresses have been bouncing since about 5pm Pacific Time yesterday, January 20th. A change in our mail server caused all inbound mail for support to be rejected. This was in error and OpenDNS Support is as alive as ever. Please rest assured we have addressed this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
