continues to block a domain even though I deleted my account UGH

I am trying to access a Japanese website that makes ...er..interesting food.  My son wanted to buy Mountain Dew Flavored Doritos.  I bought those but now I am having difficulty accessing the website because it does have some adult related material.  I have selected no block option and DAY later it still blocks it.  I even deleted my account and it still blocks it.  Help!!!

  You forget to flush your local resolver cache and your browser cache.
