This Domain Is Blocked; Open DNS Guide messages

I'm getting this message in trying to access just about any website. About a third of the time I get a message that says: This is probably not the site you are looking for!  I removed Open DNS IP addresses from my PC. Rebooted. Flushed dns. Removed cache. No change. Thanks.

  Configure again the OpenDNS resolver addresses and ensure you're using OpenDNS: http://welcome.opendns.com/ 
  Ensure that your correct IP address information is registered with your network: https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ 
  Check your content filtering settings, both categories and individual blacklist, that you block only what you want to have blocked.

  Interesting.  Can you post a screen shot of this page and its exact URL?  This doesn't seem to be a standard OpenDNS Guide or block message...
