    Post a screen shot of the router's page where you configured the OpenDNS server addresses.

    Also, post the complete plain text output of the following commands:

    nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.  208.67.220.220

    Removed first two octets of gateway & public IP's (which were the same).

    Try with disabling the IPv6 protocol in your active network connection on the computer and see if it works then after having flushed your local resolver cache and your browser cache.
