OpenDNS is telling me to add and network, but?

Then when I add the network / IP address, it says "already in existence." See attached. What am I doing wrong? I'm also trying to block a specific domain--how do I do that?

  You must first add a network before you can configure content filtering.  If your IP address is already registered with another OpenDNS network, then you must open a support ticket to get it released.
