    Did you get an automatic e-mail confirmation with the ticket number after minutes?  If not, something went wrong.  If you can't find the notification in your spam folders, try to contact OpenDNS by other means, e.g. via phone.  As far as I know, Enterprise users have phone support too.

    i cant get bypass to work.  my name shows up on bypass, but my computer is still filtered.  there used to be a utility i needed to run so it would know that my computer was the bypass computer .  i dont have this utility on the computer and cant find it.  rounter is netgear r6200

    This thread was related to the bypass feature of OpenDNS Enterprise/Umbrella, not to the bypass account feature of Netgear LPC.
