bypass code not working
we have ODNS for our school but we in I.T. need to bypass blocked pages to evaluate them before white listing.
Previously I had a proxy backdoor so just changed connection settings in the browser to bypass our normal service provider internet link
as the admin I have
1. entered myself not to be blocked by ticking me on the drop down list
and also
2. created a bypass code for all pages
nothing works . Why?????
yes checked setting does allow blocked menu option and of course is enabled to allow

Did you get an automatic e-mail confirmation with the ticket number after minutes? If not, something went wrong. If you can't find the notification in your spam folders, try to contact OpenDNS by other means, e.g. via phone. As far as I know, Enterprise users have phone support too.

This thread was related to the bypass feature of OpenDNS Enterprise/Umbrella, not to the bypass account feature of Netgear LPC.
