Netgear WNDR4000 not blocking anything

Hello,

I have a Netgear WNDR4000, and used the web filtering until last July, when it quit. I reset the router (small recessed button) and installed it as fresh, but still no luck. I even went to the opendns dashboard, deleted the network, and re-added it.

There are 2 devices showing on my network,

device - device mac address - Nov. 19, 2013

WNDR4000 - E0469xxxx - July 22, 2013

I don't know what the device is, but I have both set up with filtering.

Help would be appreciated.
