How specific can you be when "blocking" ip addresses?

OpenDNS can only block by domain, blocking a specific page is not possible at this time. Anything before or after the /'s in a URL is no longer part of the domain.  Facebook.com can be blocked by OpenDNS, but facebook.com/johnsmith cannot without blocking all of Facebook because the /johnsmith is no longer part of the domain.

Your router may allow blocking URLs or keywords.  Check it out.  You can block specific URLs also with browser built-in feature or with browser add-ons.
