Reverse DNS failing with OpenDNS

Technical questions with BubbleUPnP can be answered by their support only.

Reverse DNS is to find a PTR record (with hostname) for an IP address.  You can try this out yourself:

              nslookup  [My_external_IP]  208.67.220.220

To see if this "fails" (whatever this means) with OpenDNS only, you can try against other DNS services for comparison:

              nslookup  [My_external_IP]  8.8.8.8               (Google DNS)

              nslookup  [My_external_IP]  4.2.2.2               (Level-3 DNS)

If all return the same consistent results, then your problem is totally unrelated to OpenDNS.

Thanks for the comment. I've tried that without any problems, so I'll go back to bubbleupnp support.
