    You update (or check) your IP address information for your network manually here: https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

    If you scroll down the page, you can download and install an Updater which does it automatically further on.

    it also doesn't work for me (since weeks). i have the updater running.

    Armin, it appears stats are now populating into your dashboard, it can take up to 24 hours for stats to initially populate once you have enabled them.

    Did your stats recently stop working or did they never seem to work?  I see data for last week but very little over the past 24 hours.

    I have implemented OpenDNS on the 27th of January and still no stats. AM I missing something except from patience?

    Is your IP address correctly registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ ?

    Did you enable stats and logs in your dashboard settings?

    Just a friendly reminder to any other users who is experiencing this, that your IP address could have updated and your dashboard is still retaining the old address. Also, visit http://welcome.opendns.com to ensure that you are still connected to OpenDNS. 

    To double check your IP address, log into your dashboard and note your IP address. Then visit http://whatismyip.com and see if it matches. If it doesn't, use the IP Updater to help automatically update your dashboard when your public address changes - http://www.opendns.com/support/article/87. If they both match, please feel free to contact us at http://support.opendns.com and we'll be happy to help!

    If you have recently purged your stats, or disabled and re-enabled stats, this may require up to 24 hours for the system to collect the requested domains from your network.
