Incorrectly blocked domain

I'm curious why www.despair.com is being blocked on my network. It is labelled as shopping and humor, but I do not have either of those categories blocked, nor is it on a blacklist.

    This www.despair.com is an alias for html.store.yahoodns.net and stores.yahoo.net.  Do you have one of those or category "Search Engines" blocked?  This would be good reasons.

    This is for your information only, not the reason why it is blocked with your settings.  The block page doesn't know why something is blocked.  This is decided earlier.

    That said, either stop blocking "Search Engines", or add despair.com to your "never block" list.

    OK, that was confusing. I do have search engines blocked. So there is no way for OpenDNS to trace the root blockage when displaying the blocked page?

    Currently not.  But your stats tell you the root cause.
